Do the crystal figurines and laser-cut crystal paperweights come with a guarantee?

Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may request a full refund of the purchase price of any returned items. All returned items must be returned in their original packaging in their original condition.

If an item is received damaged or broken, this must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order. Once we receive the return, we will ship the replacement free of charge. All damaged or defective merchandise must be received in its original packaging.

Is it safe to order from Crystal Gifts And More on the web?

The information you send through our site can be trusted to arrive safely and privately. To protect the information you send with your order, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts the information you send over the internet so only we can decode it. After processing, your order request will be sent to our warehouse without any of your credit card information. Your credit card information will never be sent via email because e-mail is not encrypted.

PLACING AN ORDER

How do I order from Crystal Gifts And More?

Ordering from us is easy! Just browse our selection of 30%-lead crystal figurines, crystal 3D laser-cut paperweights, or specially-priced crystal items. When you find something you like, click on the thumbnail picture of the item or the “More Info” button. You will be sent to a page about that specific product including all the sizes available plus you will see a larger picture of the product. To place the item in your shopping cart, just click “Add to Cart “. Your item is now saved in your shopping cart and you may continue to shop and add items. The items placed in your shopping cart will remain there for 90 minutes. When you are ready to order, just click the “Check Basket ” tab on the menu bar and then “Proceed To Checkout”, and you will be prompted to enter your shipping and billing information. You may view the contents of your basket any time by clicking on “View Basket” in the top navigation bar.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order information. This page will have all the information you need to inquire about your order should you desire. You will have the option of requesting a tracking number should you desire one. You may want to print this e-mail or save it for future reference.

Can my order be gift boxed?

We do not offer a gift-wrapping service at this time. All items will arrive in a nice protective package suitable for gift-giving.

Can I change an order I have already placed?

We ship most customer orders within 48 hours of receipt. If your order has not been shipped, we may be able to accommodate the change. If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible via our phone number (630-963-3620).

Can I pay by check or call you to place my order?

You are welcome to pay by check, although you must mail your order to us for processing. Please allow an extra 3-5 days for check processing. Simply add items to your shopping cart as you would for an order through the website. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How much do you charge for shipping?

The Best Crystal always charges a flat rate for shipping. Merchandise totaling under $75.00 will have a shipping charge of $11.95 for regular ground. When your order totals $75.00 or more, there is no charge for regular ground shipping within the continental US. For next-day air, the charge is $44.95, and for second-day air, the charge is $29.95.

For orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, we also charge a flat rate. For orders shipped next-day air, the flat rate is $45.00, and for second-day air, the shipping charge is $33.00. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free shipping for any orders sent to Alaska or Hawaii.

You will have an opportunity to input a separate “ship to” address if you desire. You will be advised of the shipping charge prior to processing the order to ensure we have your approval. Since we have offices in two states, taxes will be added to your total for orders shipping to Florida or Illinois.

Sorry, we ship only within the United States at this time.

How is my order sent?

Most orders are shipped via UPS. We will ship regular ground, next-day air or 2nd-day air depending on your request.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship most orders within 48 hours, and depending upon your distance from our shipping location and the type of delivery you requested, your order will arrive within one to five days of shipment.

Does Crystal Gifts And More offer expedited shipping?

Crystal Gifts and More offers next-day air and 2nd-day air shipping options as described above. Our shipping is always a flat rate regardless of the weight of the order.

How will I know when my order is shipped? Will I receive an order confirmation?

You will receive an order notification via e-mail when your credit card has been successfully processed. At the same time you receive your notification, your order request is sent out to our warehouse electronically. Your order will then be shipped within 2 business days. You can e-mail us to request a tracking number. Shipments can be tracked by going to the carrier’s website. It is suggested you print out this confirmation email or save it for future reference.
